Cancellation Policy

 

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience to each and every cleaning. We also love to keep our best cleaning teams busy and happy too.

 

Late Cancellations

 

One of the biggest challenges that faces our business are late cancellations. We know sometimes life and emergencies happen that cannot be controlled. We will always understand those situations.

 

However, in an effort to keep our cleaning teams busy and happy, we do ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your cleaning appointment. If we do not receive at least a 48-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees may also be charged for reasons outside of requesting a cancellation.

 

Some examples of when we might charge a cancellation fee for reasons outside requesting a cancellation are: payment failure, unable to gain entry into the property, no running water, no electricity, or no working air conditioning in the property.

 

In the cases listed above we will always first try to contact you and find a solution to get the job done. But, we we cannot find a solution, or get in contact with the client for help we will need to charge the cancellation fee.

 

To summarize everything, if we aren’t able to perform the service at no fault of our own, a cancellation fee may be charged.
